We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean, and the bathrooms were spotless. The modern smart TV in our room was a great touch, and we really enjoyed the comfortable and warm atmosphere. The hotel's high standard of service made us feel pampered and well taken care of. The location was perfect for us, with a beautiful area in front of the hotel and easy access to hiking and day trips. We loved every moment here!

The rooms were spotless with well-maintained bathrooms. The hotel was situated in a beautiful area surrounded by lovely trees and a lovely fountain, ideal for a peaceful hike or day trip. The warm bathroom was an added bonus that made Christmas time perfect.
We were surprised to discover that the room lacked air conditioning advertised in the booking. Hearing staff having cigarette breaks outside our window was an inconvenience. Breakfast service was slow and poor in the selection of food initially. While it was quiet, we had to deal with the operation of the casino 24/7.

The rooms were very clean and modern with great interior design, including a smart TV. The hotel was located in a beautiful area with a fountain and trees, perfect for a day trip or hiking. the drinks at the casino bar were reasonably priced and enjoyable.
The lack of air conditioning in the room made sleeping uncomfortable, especially with the noise from staff cigarette breaks coming in through the window. the breakfast selection was underwhelming and staff didn't start serving until much later than the stated time.

Very clean and modern rooms. Great cleaning staff. Warm bathrooms perfect for cold weather. High standard and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Quiet rooms with no casino noise. Beautiful area with fountain and trees. Great location for hikes and day trips.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area surrounded by beautiful trees and a mesmerizing fountain view. Rooms are spotless and extremely comfortable with up-to-date amenities like a modern smart TV and warm, flawless bathrooms. the breakfast, including warm food, is delightful. the hotel is impressively quiet, and the cleaning staff is excellent.
Some guests reportedly complained about a strange smoke smell and noise from staff smoking outside.
